In occasione della Parata Aerea su Varsavia del 15 agosto e del successivo Air Show di Radom, in programma per il 22 e 23 agosto, sulla base aerea di Miñsk Mazowiecki si sono rischierati i Mig 29 del 41.elt di Malbork, che assieme ai locali del 1.elt hanno concorso nell’effettuare la preparazione per il sorvolo in formazione e le esibizioni per i due eventi in programma.
Contemporaneamente anche i Su 22 dell’8.elt e del 40.elt provenienti dalla base aerea di Swidwin (21.BLT) si sono posizionati sulla 23.BLT di Miñsk.
Gli F 16 hanno invece operato dalla base aerea di Poznan, i trasporti e gli elicotteri dalla base di Deblin.
Per l’occasione il Ministero della Difesa polacco ha organizzato due giornate dedicate ai giornalisti e agli spotters, mercoledì 18 e venerdì 21, coincidenti con l’attività preparatoria, in tutto erano presenti una quindicina di Mig 29 e 7/8 Su 22 nelle varie versioni.

On the occasion of the Warsaw Air Parade on 15th August and the subsequent Radom Air Show, scheduled for 22nd and 23rd August, on the Miñsk Mazowiecki Air Base deployed Mig 29 41.elt of Malbork, that together with the premises of the 1.elt have competed in carrying out the preparation for the fly past in formation and the performances for the two events in program.
At the same time, Su 22 of the 8.elt and 40.elt from Swidwin Air Base (21.BLT) were also placed on the 23.BLT of Miñsk.
The F 16s operated from Poznan Air Base, transports and helicopters from Deblin Air Base. For the occasion the Polish Ministry of Defence organized two days dedicated to journalists and spotters, Wednesday 18 and Friday 21, coinciding with the activity, in all there were about fifteen Mig 29 and 7/8 Su 22 in the various versions.
